2025 Football Rules

1.Games will be 40 minutes long, with a 10-minute half time. Each quarter will be 20 minutes with a continually running clock. The clocked will be stopped the last 2 minutes of each half.
2.Each team will get 1, 1-minute time out per half where the clock will be stopped.
3.Games will be 6x6 with the coach as the quarterback for the offensive team. There will also be 1 coach on the field to help the defense.
4.The offensive team will start on their own 5-yard line and have 4 downs to make it across mid field for a first down. 4 more downs will be given to score a touchdown.
5.There must be at least 1 passing play per series.
6.If the offensive team fails to make a first down or touchdown, the ball will be turned over and placed on the opposite 5-line.
7.All turnovers (fumbles/interceptions) will be live balls and can be returned for a touchdown.
8.Tie breakers will be a 4-down series starting at the 10-yard line. 1 pass play will be required to score. First team to score will win. If the team scores on the opening drive of over-time, the other team will get a chance to score.
9.Holding penalties will be five yards or half the distance to the goal. Offensive holding will be a loss of down and defensive holding will be a replay of that down.
10.Pass interference will be five yards or half the distance to the goal. Offensive pass interference will be a loss of down and defensive pass interference will be a replay of that down.
